During beta, commission is 5% of gross freight paid for CDG-booked loads, before factoring fees, due within five business days after you receive payment, including a factoring advance. Partial payments are counted proportionally, with no duplicate commission on amounts already counted at settlement. No commission payment is due on unpaid amounts until received. Post-beta pricing is undecided and may include a monthly plan. Changes require advance notice and your affirmative agreement; no automatic switch. Either party may end dispatch services with seven calendar days' written notice and no cancellation fee; already-authorized loads and earned commissions remain subject to the agreement.
