These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the freight dispatch services, website, and communications provided by Clyde Dispatch Group, a DBA of Clyde Dispatch LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Clyde Dispatch Group provides AI-assisted freight dispatch services for owner-operators and small fleets, including:
We act as your dispatch agent. We do not take possession of freight, operate as a motor carrier, or assume carrier liability.

Service fees are as follows:
There is no trial period. You pay nothing until Clyde books you a load. The 5% dispatch commission is calculated on the gross load rate agreed with the broker. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
You are responsible for:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Opting in. SMS consent is given explicitly by ticking the text message consent checkbox on our carrier application. That box is not pre-checked and is not required — consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our dispatch services. If you do not opt in, we will coordinate with you by phone or email instead.
What we send. Load offers, availability confirmations, booking status, rate confirmation details, and occasional updates about your dispatch account. Message frequency varies based on load availability and your activity.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages you send or receive. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at dispatch@clydedispatch.com or (561) 562-4403.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and on factors outside our control, and neither Clyde Dispatch LLC nor your mobile carrier guarantees that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time. Do not rely on SMS alone for time-critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clyde Dispatch LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that exposes the Company to liability. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due.
All content, software, AI workflows, and materials provided by Clyde Dispatch Group are our proprietary property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
